The 21st Annual IYG Art Auction presented by Northwestern Mutual

Indiana Youth Group is proud to announce the 21st annual Art Auction presented by Northwestern Mutual is to be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021. We are incredibly happy to continue this tradition and bring it back to a live, in-person format! This year, we will also be bringing the event home to our activity center on North Meridian Street. This will give attendees the opportunity to see firsthand what the proceeds of the auction support. And, after all, there’s no place like home!
IYG invites you to be a part of the 21st Annual Art Auction presented by Northwestern Mutual. The event will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, at the IYG Activity Center, located at 3733 North Meridian Street.
This will be a night to celebrate art and the work IYG does for the LGBTQ+ young people of Indiana – and what better place than right at home in the center. After all, there’s no place like home!
For over 30 years, IYG has provided safer spaces, programming, education, and advocacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer youth and young adults, as well as their allies and the community at large. The annual Art Auction has been the biggest fundraiser for the organization over the last 20 years. All proceeds from the event go directly toward supporting life-saving programs, resources, and services such as the Project Prism rapid rehousing program, which moves LGBTQ+ young people off the streets and into secure, long-term housing.
Your support is important because it helps IYG achieve its goal of building safer spaces that empower LGBTQ+ youth and magnify their voices. You can support our efforts by purchasing tickets, making a donation (monetary or in-kind auction items), or pledging an ally sponsorship!

This is an indoor/outdoor event with the majority taking place on the IYG lawn. Attire appropriate for a summer picnic or outdoor function is highly encouraged.
